The rotation torch station adopts the structure of rotation plus swing, that is rotation ±45º in transverse, swing ±45º in longitudinal. By the combination of the rotation angle and swing angle, thus to realize the fixed bevel cutting and changing bevel cutting of geometry curve. The top plane of the work-piece cutting point is the origin point of the transverse rotation and longitudinal swing point. This structure not only can realize the ±540°rotation of cutting torch, but also at same time can make cutting points and swing points superposition. In this way wont cause the aberrancy of cutting angle. And we also install the initial positioning and anti-collision device on the torch station, thus can make sure the plasma torch can work safely and reliably.
