Its controlled by the 5-axis numeral control system and adopts industrial computer for control. It is numeralization and has merits of stability and security. This system adopts six-axis numeral sequential controller, the 5-axis as below: x-axis (Horizontal main axis turning)Y-axishorizontal axial movingZ-axisaxial swingingU-axisvertical liftW-axisradial swinging.The 5-axis are controlled and droved by AC servo system. This equipment has been widely applied to the pipe cutting of shipbuilding, boiler, steel structure and petrochemical processing etc.
