The H-Beam assembling machine is the main equipment to assemble H-Beam steel structure, which fits with 18 mechanical hands, which are hydraulic control. This machine orients the flange and web in 2 parts. In the  input end and on the rollers, the machine hands align and pre-orient the flange and web plate. On main machine there is orientation clamping device. First it is manual single drive linkage orientation, on the other side it is to use hydraulic clamping. Because we use mesoposition normal close control valve, therefore after clamping there is a floating function to ensure the alignment quality of work pieces. The up-press roller and master transmission roller are keeping basically on same level, in advantage to make the bottom of web plate to press on the flange plate. In front of press roller there is a push-up wheel. If the flange plate is not flat, in order to  make sure the web and flange plate pressing to each other at the welding part, then you can start this push-up wheel to push the flange plate up, then can achieve the result of clinging and joining of web and flange. This machine can assemble H-Beam steel structure with high speed and accuracy, with easy operation and high automatization.
