Multi-head T beam automatic welding line

Currently, most of shipyard building company still adopts manual location and welding ways for T beam producing. This kind of way is out of date which has poor quality, weld seam forms unstably and high intensity of labor, meanwhile, the utilization rate of matched crane has decreased. All of above abuses affect enterprise to advance their competitiveness.

Therefore, In order to meet the markets need, we design the T beam automatic welding line with many years experience of designing and producing beam structure equipment. This line consists of chamfering machine, auto-assembling machine, chain style conveyor machine, tack welding table, four-head gantry welder, straightening machine, feeding system, shelf and transportation roller etc. it almost no requires for crane except  lifting the workpiece to shelf and hoisting it to straightening machine after welding. All the transportation of beam was carried out by roller and conveyor; therefore, increase the utilization rate of crane and easy workers operation difficulty and intensity.
