    The chamfering machine adopts the working mode that the hydraulic drive the shaping pressing wheel to cold roll extrusion on the edge of plates.

    When the flange/panel goes through the pressing wheel with R round angle and form the shape, and because the hardness of the pressing wheel surface is more harder than the flange/panel material, then the 4 edges of the flange/panel will cause the collapse distortion in physics then became a round angle look like. The size of the round angle can be adjustable by the control on the adjusting on the hydraulic pressure and the wheel traveling distance according to the Users need. On 2 sides of the main machine there are 2 sets of guiding wheels, whenthe web enter into the main machine, then the wheels will automatic position the web (can positioning by manual), then to ensure the equality f the chamfering.
