HG series CNC Gantry Submerged ARC welding machine is the special welding equipment
designed by us for the automobile reforming industry and H beam production industry.
Because the machine has the technic of horizontal fillet welding and welding
tracing, the continuous welding of the dissymmetry Beam come true. This can
improve the production efficiency by 1 time. The welding process is controlled
by CNC System ,which reduce the work intension observably. At present this machine
has been widely applied to the automobile reforming industry and H Beam production
industry.  
  
Product main features
  
 
On the girder of the machine, there are two welding torches, one in the front, the
other in back. This achieves that two sides are welding at one time, then we get
the finished figuration. Each torch has the solder auto-applying device and auto-recovering
device. 
The two torches are equipped with up, down, left, right tracing device. These achieve
the continuous welding of dissymmetry beam and the uniformity and finished
welding surface. 
The trace rails are made of 43kgs U71Mn grade, the high strength heavy rails. The
surfaces of to and two sides are processed by rails grinding machine. Each rail
is 2 meters. 
Longitudinal drive is dual-side gear rack symmetry drive. Longit-udinal and transverse
drive are combined with NEUGART gearbox.
