AG series CNC Plasma cutting machines are the newly perfect machine style designed
by Jinfeng Company with many years' experiences in designing cutting machines.
They have the advantages of beautiful looking, small inertia, good rigidity and
stable moving. They have the different track span from 3 to 7 meters. The CNC control
system is at customer's choice. According to the cutting features of the
Plasma, we adopt many kinds of anti-interference, save and protection methods on
this series plasma cutting machine. This series machines have the highest performances
and lowest price, which are widely applied to the different industries.

Product main features
1. The girder is the wide body and strengthened box structure, having the beautiful
looking. The stands on the two sides are the low gravity structure, having the
symmetry struture and good stability. All the welding parts have the treatment
of getting rid of stress, which assure the strengthening of the whole rigidity
and good homeostasis. 
2. The track rails are made of 43kgs U71Mn grade, the high strength heavy rails.
The surfaces of top and two sides are processed by rail grinding machine. Each rail
is 2 meters. 
3. Longitudinal drive is dual-side gear track symmetry drive. Longitudinal and transverse
drives are combined with NEUGART gearbox. Transverse drive adopts the metal
belt transmissions, which achieve the same direction or mirror direction between
master and slave torches. 
4. The cutting torch is protected by the initial locating device and by arc voltage
sensor, which have the advantage of avoiding impact of 360 degrees. 
5. According to customer's requirement, we also can equip the machine with underwater
cutting and dry cutting system.
