Detailed Product Description
This equipment is used to overturn the H beam that after spot-welding assembling. To overturn the position of workpiece to be changed to lie at its side. Each group consists of 2 units of the equipments. When operating, it adopts the way of overturning and moving at same time, to make the vertical standing H beam to lie at its side to be horizontal standing on the transporting rollers. Using the Flow Divider/Combiner valve to adjust the flow of the 2 units of hydraulic cylinders to reach the purpose of running at synchronization. It has the features of running stable, reliable and convenient usage. Max loading: 16T Work-piece: 1500x800mm Overturning angle: 90 degrees Traveling speed: 2100mm/min Center distance of rail: 670mm Hydraulic working pressure: 16Mpa
